Elisefarm’s Booking Terms and Conditions
Please thoroughly review our Terms and Conditions before finalizing your booking. By completing your reservation, you accept and agree to Elisefarm’s Booking Terms and Conditions.
1. General Terms and Conditions
- Reservations for hotel accommodations, spa services, restaurant dining, conferences, or other activities at Elisefarm become binding upon confirmation by Elisefarm. Confirmation will be provided via email or telephone.
- The booking is valid for the number of guests, times, and services specified in the confirmation.
- Bokningsförfrågningar via vårt formulär eller mejl är inte bindande förrän ni har mottagit en bekräftelse från oss.
2. Cancellations and Changes
GOLF PACKAGES
Cancellation policies applicable to confirmed bookings:
Our Golf Packages with overnight stay can be changed or canceled free of charge until 2:00 PM, 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Groups of 10 or More: Groups consisting of 10 persons or more can change or cancel free of charge until 2:00 PM, 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Groups of 20 or More: Groups consisting of 20 persons or more can change or cancel free of charge until 2:00 PM, 30 days prior to the arrival date.
CONFERENCE
Cancellation policies applicable to confirmed bookings
Cancellation Later than 4 Weeks Before Conference Start: In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference, the client must compensate Elisefarm with 100% of the value of the booking.
Adjustment of Participant Numbers: The number of participants can be adjusted up to 2 weeks before arrival. After this period, full charges as per the original confirmation will apply.
SPA PACKAGES
Cancellation policies applicable to confirmed bookings
Our Spa Packages with overnight stay can be changed or canceled free of charge until 2:00 PM, 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Groups of 10 or More: Groups consisting of 10 persons or more can change or cancel free of charge until 2:00 PM, 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Groups of 20 or More: Groups consisting of 20 persons or more can change or cancel free of charge until 2:00 PM, 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Day Spa
Cancellation policies applicable to confirmed bookings
Payment: Payment is due upon arrival.
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged the full price.
Groups of 10 or More: Groups consisting of 10 persons or more can cancel free of charge up to 1 week prior to arrival.
Packages Including Treatments or Massages: For packages that include treatments or massages, the full price will be charged if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival.
TREATMENTS & MASSAGES
Cancellation policies applicable to confirmed bookings
Cancellation Policy: For bookings of treatments or massages, the full price will be charged if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival.
RESTAURANT
If the number of guests changes, or if a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before arrival, the full amount will be charged. For bookings of more than 9 people, a one-week cancellation policy applies. For bookings of more than 30 people, a two-week cancellation policy applies. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: info@elisefarm.se. If you have booked brunch on a Sunday, your seating time is 1.5 hours. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us. In the event of a no-show, Elisefarm reserves the right to charge a fee.
WEDDINGS / EVENTS
Upon confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to secure your date. Three months before the event, 50% of the total is due, with the remaining balance payable one month before the event. A minimum charge for 40 guests applies. Please note that your booking does not grant exclusive access to Elisefarm, our golf course and lunch service remain open to other guests. For more details on our booking and payment terms, please consult your booking confirmation. The prices stated in this document refer to the year 2025. 3. Payment
Elisefarm reserves the right to require an advance payment or a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as per a separate agreement.
4. Lost Property and Liability
- Elisefarm is not responsible for personal belongings lost on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Elisefarm property during their stay.
5. Special Terms and Conditions for Packages and Offers
- Booking terms for special offers or packages may differ from these general terms and conditions. These specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

8. Force Majeure
Elisefarm is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
