For Hotel Guests & Day Spa Visitors

For Non-Resident Guests
Even if you are not staying at the hotel or visiting our spa facilities, you are welcome to book a treatment at Elisefarm. Please use the form below to submit your booking inquiry.
Arrive on Time for Your Treatment
Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your treatment time if you arrive late, meaning your treatment will proceed within the remaining time. Check-in and payment must be made at the reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. If you are staying at the hotel, we can charge the treatment cost to your room, to be paid at checkout. We recommend wearing underwear or dry swimwear during your treatment.
Health Information for Treatments
In some cases, treatments may not be suitable. Please inform us if you are pregnant, have allergies, inflammation, impaired health, are taking specific medications, or have other health concerns. We reserve the right to deny a booked treatment if you have a cold, viral infection, fever, thyroid issues, or are sunburned.
Age Policy
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in our spa, the minimum age for access to the spa, as well as for massages and treatments, is 16 years. During certain periods, such as school holidays, we welcome young guests aged 12 and older when accompanied by an adult. For guests under 18, parental or guardian consent is required when booking a treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Your booked treatment is confirmed and binding only once you have received a separate booking confirmation from us. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a full charge.
